Abigail Pantry Hooker (January 23, 1770 - March 16, 1854) was a resident of West Hartford, Connecticut, and a 5th generation descendant of the Hartford founder, Thomas Hooker.

Hooker was born on January 23, 1770 in Farmington, Connecticut, as the daughter of Thomas Hart Hooker and Sarah Whitman Hooker. She grew up in Farmington throughout her children and moved to West Hartford after her marriage, living in the house her parents had owned at the corner of New Britain Avenue and South Main Street. The couple later sold the home to her uncle, Charles Seymour.

Hooker died on March 16, 1854 in West Hartford, Connecticut.
