Charles Tourtellotte (September 8, 1887 - March 8, 1961) was the son of Marvin W. Tourtellotte, Jr. and Ada Green, and a traveling auditor for the New Haven Railroad. He was born on September 8, 1887 in Connecticut, and lived at 83 Connecticut Boulevard in East Hartford. After retiring as a traveling auditor for the New Haven Railroad, he maintained his status as a 50-year member of Quinebaug Lodge 106, AF&AM, of Putnam, Connecticut. He was also a member of the First Congregational Church of Putnam and the Israel Putnam Lodge, IOOF. He never married. He died on March 8, 1961 after a short illness and was buied at Grove Street Cemetery in Putnam, Connecticut.
