Patricia Goodwin, June 1964

Patricia Case Goodwin (December 14, 1928 - October 1992) was a graduate of the Oxford School in Hartford and Colby Junior College in New London, New Hampshire.

She was born on December 14, 1928 in West Hartford as the daughter of Harvey Goodwin and Helen Case. She graduated from the Oxford School in June 1946 and attended Colby Junior College in New London, New Hampshire from 1946 to 1950. At that time, she was a member of the Junior League of Hartford and the Ruth Wyllys Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution.

In January 1964, she was engaged to William Hale Thompson while she lived on Ridgewood Road in West Hartford. She married him on June 6, 1964. She was gowned in white silk peau de soie and wore a lace-edged mantilla. Her bouquet was a cascade arrangement of carnations and stephanotis. The couple honeymooned in Bermuda and took up residence on Sedgwick Road in West Hartford after June 20, 1964.
