Harold Brooks' obituary.

Harold Brooks (1884 - March 12, 1937) was the director of the New York clothing store Brooks Brothers.

Brooks was born in 1884 as the son of Frederick Brooks and Lucy Slade Holley in New York. He prepared his education at St. Paul's School for Yale College, from which he was graduated in 1909. After graduating, he became a partner in Brooks Brothers for many years. He had been retired from active participation in the affairs of his concern for several years and for the remaining years of his life, had interested himself in managing his large apple orchard in Nova Scotia.

Brooks died on March 12, 1937 of heart disease at his home in Plandome, Long Island, New York, at the age of 52.
