John Crow (1606 - Jan. 16, 1686) was one of the early settlers of Hartford, Connecticut.

Crow was born in 1606 in England as the son of John Crow and Olive Crow. He was chosen as surveyor of highways in 1656 and was the largest landholder in Hartford on the east side of the river. Crow Hill in the river swamp still retains his name. He owned large tracts of land, was associated in business, and settled Hadley, Massachusetts, all with his father-in-law, Elder William Goodwin, in 1659. He returned to Hartford in 1678.

He died January 18, 1686.
