Sarah Goodwin (April 1, 1683 - October 19, 1781) was a resident of Middletown, Connecticut.
Goodwin was born on April 1, 1683 in Hartford, Connecticut, as the daughter of William Goodwin and Elizabeth Shepard. She was also the great-granddaughter of Ozias Goodwin. She grew up in the area and attended the local school. After her marriage in 1710, she moved to Middletown, Connecticut, with her husband to start a family. In 1743, after her husband sold a lot of his land in Middletown, the couple moved to the Clark family homestead in Haddam, Connecticut, where they resided for many more years.
On October 19, 1781, Sarah Goodwin died.
